Back in Foligno (PG), 21-23 November 2008, all the sweetness of "Mielinumbria", the event dedicated to honey and beekeeping narrated by world markets, wine tasting tours, forums and performances. Mielinumbria to celebrate this 11th edition, offers a rich calendar of events which are to support those already established in his ten-year tradition. The reconstruction of a medieval Cereria with live demonstrations, a puppet theater for children and a refreshment stuzzicante point where you can sample ethnic dishes warm are just some of the many innovations of this year. Fulcrum of the event remain the forum where international conferences and industry experts, producers and consumers converge to explore the themes of honey. Friday 21 and Sunday 23 will be held at Palazzo Deli on beekeeping in the Mediterranean Forum, which will compare the honey producers who gravitate around the Mediterranean basin. "Beekeeping and Communication" and "wholesomeness of honey production in the bio" are the two other meetings scheduled in Palazzo Trinci for Saturday 22 and Sunday 23. Back by popular demand the "Mielinbio", the 2nd national contest of the best of organic honey and "Mielinumbria" contest reserved for beekeepers Umbrians. And to learn more about the honey, by all products in the market, Mielinumbria offers the traditional "products of the Show" and "Flowers of Honey" - guided tours and meetings on this topic to discover fine food.
