It is held in Campobasso in the exhibition area of the Citadel of Economy, from 29 October to 02 November 2008, the 1st Regional Fair devoted to food production and agro enogastronomic Molise. The goal is to revitalize and enhance the economy and the many resources from this sector. This is indeed the most important to the regional private sector. The best food and wine production in Molise will be presented to the public with an original exhibition mode: the Exhibition Center of the Citadel of Economy will turn into a real "Taste of the Citadel, where you can go" Le Strade dei Sapori Molisani " itineraries to discover the wine and oil, truffle and honey, of sausages and dairy products, sweets and pasta, etc.. The event will also provide moments of guidance and information through the promotion of a genuine education and food quality. "Piacere Molise", in fact, devotes an area, the "Laboratorio del Gusto", to fully guided tasting of typical products Molisani, curata by technical experts, and a cooking molisana, preparing dishes with typical regional food and wine. The cuisine and typical local products will be the absolute protagonists, to bring a food culture centered on authenticity and quality and promote economic, cultural and anthropological implications of this rich and colorful region.
